My wife and I have been interested in the new Evora GT. CNC is the only dealer remotely close to us that has any available, plus I always wanted to check out their showroom. My wife and I wanted to just see / sit inside of the Evora GT, and see if it is truly what we are looking for. We're still a few months out from buying, but wanted to know if this was something we could just write off as something we don't love, or if we could say yes - this is absolutely our next fun weekend car. I'm always hesitant to go into dealerships when I have no intent on actually making a purchase that day. I don't like wasting sales associates' time when they could be working deals up for customers. I tried to be as transparent as possible about just "looking", but the sales staff still treated my wife and i as though we were repeat customers. No one made us feel like we were wasting their time, and everyone was more than helpful. Everyone we encountered was friendly and seemed happy to be working there. Although we didn't make a purchase, we made a decision. And that decision is that we will absolutely be doing business with Joe at CNC. Thank you for the experience.

Ok, so there were some bumps in the road with this experience, but in the past few days, things have made a turn for the much, much better. Review is of a selling experience. Pros: - When they took the car- no problems. Paperwork for consignment was easy, rep was nice and informative. - The place was easy to find and chock full of great vehicles to peruse. - The car sold for near our asking price in less time than we thought, which is a plus, since the car was kind of a specialty item. - It's not a shady dealership: we got payment and they were in constant contact. Cons: - The process of getting paid for the car took a lot longer than we anticipated, partially because we weren't aware that sometimes it takes a few weeks to process, and partially because they didn't communicate these ideas well. - We had several miscommunications on when the car would be fully funded, how the process worked, and what paperwork would be delivered. - Beginning and end of the process was great, but the time after sale and pre payment was tumultuous. Saving grace: - After the process completed, our rep. contacted us and was genuinely apologetic for how the past few weeks went. He answered all our questions, cleared up all the misunderstandings, sent over paperwork, and did his absolute best to rectify the situation of miscommunication. I think our sale caught them in the midst of holidays and a large car auction, so it was a whirlwind of happenstance that lead to what was, initially, a chaotic experience. CNC reached out and really worked things out with us and for that, they get 4 stars.
